Our current focus is on comfortable accommodation and a warm welcome. In the future, we plan to add a relaxation area and bar to enhance your experience.
3 Are there any restaurants or shops nearby?
Yes, several local restaurants serving Croatian specialties and shops are just a few minutes from the villa. Across the street, you’ll find a pekara (bakery), and the island’s largest pekara is just a 5-minute walk away. As for shops and restaurants, there are several nearby. Villa Kajić is ideally located for all your needs.

We offer four modern, spacious apartments, each with private balconies, full kitchens and all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay.
5 Where is Villa Kajić?
Villa Kajić is located on the island of Vir, just a 30-second walk from the beach, 10 minutes from Zaton, and a 25-minute drive from Croatia’s historic city of Zadar.
